WINTER JAGGERY CAKE

Ingredients:

NESTLE slim dahi -1 small cup(150gm)

water- 3/4 cup

oil -2/3 cup(100gm)

whole wheat flour- 2 cups(200gm)

cinnamon powder 2 teaspoon

baking soda 1 1/2 teaspoon

baking powder -1/2 teaspoon

jaggery (grated) 2 cups(200gm)

walnuts 30gm


Method:

1.In a bowl, mix together Nestle dahi, water and oil. Beat well with a beater or whisk.

2.In a seperate bowl sieve atta,cinnamon powder,baking soda and baking powder mix well.

3.Add jaggery to the flour and mix well.

4.Add the curd mixture to flour mixture and mix well.Add chopped walnuts to the mixture and stir well slowly.

5.Pour the batter into prepared cake pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes in micro setting.

6.Once done let it cool for 5 minutes ,then cut or else it will break.
