HEALTHY CARROT & TURMERIC CHUTNEY/DIPS

Ingredients:

Carrots-1 cup grated

Coconut-1/4 cup grated

Fresh turmeric-1/2 cup grated

Dry whole red chillies- 4 to 5

Tamarind paste-1/2 teaspoon

Mustard oil-1 teaspoon

Coriander leaves freshly chopped

Salt to taste

Method: -In a pan heat oil till smoke is cleared.Simmer the flame , add the red chillies.Once golden brown add carrots and turmeric and saute till raw smell disappears. Once done,let it cool and then add the remaining ingredients in it and make a fine paste in a mixer grinder.Your delicious winter dip is ready. Enjoy your mouth smacking Indian chutney.
