RAISE YOUR HAEMOGLOBIN

I have commonly heard ladies saying they are anaemic inspite of taking healthy diet. The best way to raise your haemoglobin is to include few things in your diet on daily basis.

Pumpkin seeds- These green looking delicious seeds will help you in increase your haemoglobin level .Take 1 Tablespoon morning and evening.

Black Resin/Kishmish- Take 1 teaspoon of black resin and soak in water over night.Next morning have it and drink the water also in which it was soaked.

Dates- These are very powerful fruits to raise the Hb level. Simply take 2 to 3 dates daily or you can replace it with sugar in a porridge .

Drumsticks/Moringa -Drumsticks or moringa can be added to your vegetable platter to increase your Hb level.

Coriander seeds - You can make a decoction of 1 tablespoon of coriander seeds in 2 glasses of water and boil. When the water reduces, remove from flame and strain.

You can have it as early morning drink.
