INGREDIENTS:
QUINOA-1 cup
CURD- 1/2 cup or more (enough to blend besan flour into a dosa batter consistency)
BESAN-1/2 cup
SALT to taste
METHOD:
Mix all the ingredients and blend in the blender till its smooth like Dosa(pancakes) batter consistency. Make delicious Quinoa dosas on non-stick pans and serve hot with ghee or green chutney. You can also add some chopped onions and tomatoes while cooking to make in uthappam style.
