1.Oats Dosa

INGREDIENTS:

OATS-1 cup (dry roasted)

CURD -1/2 cup or more (enough to grind Oats into a dosa batter)

JEERA -1 Tablespoon (roasted )

ONION-1

GINGER ½ inch, GREEN CHILLY as per taste

PINK SALT to taste

METHOD:

Mix all the ingredients and grind in the mixer till its smooth like dosa batter consistency. Make delicious dosas on non-stick pans and serve hot with ghee. You can also add some chopped onions and tomatoes while cooking to make in uthappam style.
